I ordered a convertible handbag/rucksack and it’s absolutely lovely.
I was a bit disappointed when I received an email to say, that my order had been delayed but when I emailed the company, to stress that it was a Birthday gift from my husband and I wanted to take it on holiday with me this week, I got a quick reply to say, that my order was on it’s way. Thank you very much.
I would definitely recommend this site to my friends.
