Very, very, helpful indeed. My 'David' bag (large) was in short supply so I had to wait a short while for it to be made for me. It was then couriered direct from Italy to me in Wiltshire in the UK. At every stage Customer Service kept me up to date.
The wait was worthwhile, this is one of the nicest items I have ever bought in my life absolutely beautiful and exactly as described.
