Had some delay on my first order and advice that the item ordered was shipped was missing the airway bill tracking number. However all was sorted out with a follow up email from me. Item arrived 3 days later. Decided to make another order for a wallet and a bag after receiving the crossbody bag ordered which was very much to my satisfaction. This time the items arrived without a hitch and advice on shipment with tracking number was given 1 day after I ordered! The quality of the bags and wallet I ordered was exceeded my expectation. Certainly much better in finishing than some big brand names. Good value for the money spent. A word of appreciation to Marjorie for keeping me update on the first order.
