Customer service was excellent and I was kept updated regarding the possible delay of my order and informed throughout. On receiving the bag the quality was beyond my expectation, beautifully made and oozing craftsmanship and for the price, very impressed. I would highly recommend "Made in Tuscany' to anyone looking for a quality leather bag.
