I had the worst service at the La Jolla location. I purchased $200 worth of color and they left a $9 item out of my bag.
When I went back in today to just get it replaced, Faye would not do it. She argued with me and said that I couldn’t prove it.
It was unbelievable! She should be fired for that type of service. She also said that I needed to come back in to talk to her manager because you can’t call her, you have to make a special trip! You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating clients this way. I expected an apology for the inconvenience but got the opposite.
