I Have a delivery subscription Recently adjusted it to a five week delivery cycle yet the product keeps arriving every 28 days. Cannot seem to get it right. Can't get a human being to speak to. All chat bot, no customer service! Product is okay. Starting to get expensive. Its gone up about 90% in the last 5 years. Not sure if its worth it anymore. Thinks are tight finacially. Been with them since 2018. Wouldn't even send a coupon.

Wanting to deepen my current copperish dyed color, I purchased Sardinia Red based on color chart of what it would look like on darkest shown brown hair. Came out RIDICULOUSLY brown - BARELY red at all. Contacted Madison Reed to complain. Told rep REPEATEDLY that I wanted to just go back to my previously dyed color of reddish gold and that I wanted the replacement to be the Matera Marigold color, as that most closely matched my original dyed color. I explained that after coloring, I was so upset at how dark the color was, that I used a color remover to get it out of my hair as much as possible. She INSISTED that I buy the Hair primer and she would send me a replacement kit, but insisted I get the Ravello Blond because it would cover greys. (In the middle of this conversation via text, the rep just stopped communicating. I thought we had been disconnected, so I waited a half hour for her to call me back. When that didn't happen, I called back in and left a message and she called me back saying she had to take her lunch - WITHOUT EVEN THE DECENCY OF LETTING ME KNOW BEFORE SHE LEFT THE TEXT CHAT!) I asked her for a natural to dyed color comparison chart BEFORE she sent me the Ravello Blond replacement kit and she said they didn't have one, but she assured me that the dolor would most closely match the "before" pic I sent her which showed my hair in its previously dyed copperish color. I kept saying that I wanted the Matera Marigold, but she would not let up, so after almost an hour, I agreed to the Ravello Blond. Well, as I expected and feared, I used the "Prime for Perfection" first and then used the Ravello Blonde she INSISTED on sending me, and my hair is STILL BROWN! I am SO disgusted with this entire process that I will Not even contact them to complain gain, since when I asked if they would give me the Matera Marigold as a replacement if I wasn’t happy with the Ravello Blond, I was told “we can’t keep giving away free kits” DESPITE their “100% Satisfaction Guaranteed” promise. Going to wait a week so as not to completely damage my hair and then strip and recolor it with the cheap stuff I’ve used in the past. $62+ of WASTED money and time! NEVER AGAIN!

I had the worst service at the La Jolla location. I purchased $200 worth of color and they left a $9 item out of my bag. When I went back in today to just get it replaced, Faye would not do it. She argued with me and said that I couldn’t prove it. It was unbelievable! She should be fired for that type of service. She also said that I needed to come back in to talk to her manager because you can’t call her, you have to make a special trip! You should be ashamed of yourselves for treating clients this way. I expected an apology for the inconvenience but got the opposite.

Been using them a long time. Good value. The color is really nice and doesn't look like you did it at home. Covered all my gray hairs. You can either go to their hair color salon or buy online. I think they're also at Ulta and Target.

So I went for my appt which was April 22 at 10:15. I got lost going there- and arrived at 10:38. I was late. I was greeted by a girl doing someone else’s hair... and sat down and waited. A man came and asked my name.. and told me he can’t continue my appt because I was late. So I left. Very disappointed:( Sitting in my car afterwards I get a text stating my credit card was charged .. so I went back- peeked my head in the door and asked him if he charged my credit card. Now he was laughing and joking with another coworker- who blurted in AFTER rolling her eyes at me when I asked that she return my money- and tried to explain my tardiness. (I don’t get why an EMPTY salon would turn a customer away... but hey guess they didn’t feel like doing their jobs. ) she replied “ call customer service. I did- money returned and I called another salon- shenanigans in Buford- they got me right in- no problems- and I left with a gorgeous Balayage! The Color bar is very nice in the pictures but definitely feels like a great clips kind of place .... I wasn’t really expecting when I walked in for it to seem like that .... plus their extreme rudeness with their staff that knows nothing of customer service save your time and go to a different salon.
