Ordered 4 Total Film single editions in December - nope, we only send you 2, then told to reorder, nope, no longer available. Order another set... same story.... fail to arrive, resent those - and still haven't arrived in Australia. I then ordered another single edition.. and well.. would you guess that it again hasn't arrived. They take your order, but there is NO EMAIL to state that it has been sent.
There CASE MANAGEMENT system is rotten.
What is wrong with this company ? The previous company that Total Film used was 200% better.
