I took out a subscription to Guitarist magazine
The promo offer included a free gift code. I gave all the codes to the Tele sales person.
Confirmation email came back with no mention of the free gift.
I contacted "help at customer service" several emails later still not sorted. No gift.
Now they have taken my Direct Debit 2 weeks early. Without my permission.
Very poor customer service.
Can't trust them.
