AVOID ... Took out a subscription that promised a free £10 e-gift card. Still waiting for it 3 months later.
Dealt with the 'Customer Services' about 10 times - just get told stupid things like it's been 'Dispatched' (they're referring to an e-gift card - that is delivered via email - so this makes no sense and is just an excuse.) They go on to say that it can take 60 days for the email to arrive after 'dispatch.' An absolute farce and a total con. AVOID
