Absolutely appalling. Been waiting since last September for the promised free gift. Despite SEVEN emails saying they’re really sorry and the gift is now on its way, it never arrives. No explanation, nothing other than a “sorry” we’ve now sorted it please wait another twenty eight days for it to arrive. I have now waited for the original sixty day and am now in the middle of the FIFTH lot of twenty eight days. Will never buy another subscription again from this company.
