Ordered an annual subscription to one of Magazine Direct home and gardens magazines. WORST customer service I have experience. I opted out for renewal during the year as magazines just never arrived. Despite raising emails, calls and live chat queries with their customer services, the company confirms they have forgotten to send it over 6 months now, ignore requests for refunds and do not acknowledge this request - avoiding the conversation at all costs. 6 month's later no refund and no copies. The approach and false promises make me feel that this company is untrustworthy, unreliable and have taken the money and not delivered. I have never written comments before but this feels completely wrong and I would not want anyone else to have this experience so would suggest they are avoided. For a magazine I always looked forward to, they have now put me completely off buying any of their products again.
