Avoid Magazines Direct — Poor Service and No Accountability
I ordered a digital magazine in April 2025. Due to an email mismatch (which I identified and reported immediately), I couldn't access my purchase. Despite multiple emails and assurances that the issue was resolved, I never received access to the magazine.
Eventually, they stopped responding altogether. I had to escalate the matter to PayPal to obtain a refund, which was granted due to non-delivery.
Magazines Direct may be fine when everything works, but if any problem arises, expect scripted responses, no real resolution, and no accountability.
Very disappointing service. I would not recommend based on this experience.
