The worst experience I have ever had. I ordered a specific edition of Metal Hammer in July 2025. It is now October, and this has still not arrived despite them saying this has been dispatched on 3 separate occasions. In the meantime, they have charged me twice more for a subscription I did not sign up to and have sent me more recent versions of Metal Hammer in Error. Every time I message, I get a response from a different client who advises me in the most generic way. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
