Purchased a Gift Subscription to Grand Designs Magazine on 22 Oct 2013 for a birthday present for 10 Nov, thought this would be in plenty of time, but nothing arrived as at today, 6 Nov. Seem to be a number of intermediary companies involved, all sending emails, somewhat confusing. Finally had a confirmation email, which I replied to two days ago asking when something would be received, but no response as yet. Free Gift also mentioned in offer (free tickets for Grand Designs Live), but nothing received/no mention yet. Bit disappointed at the level of customer service. As this is for a gift, I would have thought they would have made more effort to get something to me. Will not be using again.
