Good service, only complaint this was put in my husbands name as a gift unfortunatley he found out before his birthday, due to the conformation letter addressed to him. If part of a gift it would be handy to come in some kind of birthday card form. The letter of conformation should be sent to the purchaser paying the direct debit but there in not an option to do any of this when ordering online. My husband is still very pleased with the gift.
