The person who sold me the subscription for Homebuilding and Renovation was extremely misleading. the money was taken before she gave me the terms and conditions, thereby I have waited over 6 weeks for my first issue. I requested a copy of a couple of back issues and got a very rude e mail from them. I feel their customer service dept are extremely discourteous
