I paid online. I had no online acknowledgement email therefore was unsure whether transaction had gone ahead. I contacted you by telephone two days later and was passed to two other numbers, one for each magazine I had ordered. One told me transaction had gone ahead, one said it hadn't. I was unsure what to do next then I received by post confirmation of both. There was an offer on the site - order two magazines for a free Gourmet card - have had no mention of that ! Perhaps that could be investigated for me?
