Excellent customer service - were able to make the headboard in the height I asked for, no problem. Construction is super solid and sturdy, and it fits my king size bed frame perfectly. The colour (ivory velvet) is more of a pink/mushroom colour than beige, particularly in electric light. It wasn't exactly what I was expecting for colour, but it's growing on me, and you can't beat it for value for money.
