I ordered because Monday special with free delivery. Spent the day back and forth because my prior orders were no longer accessible due to your software upgrade. redesigned and order 20 signs. At check out there was a delivery charge. Called to ask why, but it was no longer business hours. NO choice but to order or miss Monday special price. Got another agent order to combine with mine who has never used MOTC as I up sold them on your responsiveness. Covered for you by paying both sides and only ask reimbursement from other coworker excluding the delivery charge. Disappointed.
