I'm still waiting for the door magnet that I paid for some two months ago. The online approval process is extremely flawed. I don't believe the high marks that others are giving this company on this particular forum. Notice that they are virtually all very brief. This is a process of amassing five star reviews. Go online (as I should initially have done) and search the more accurate reviews.
