I tried to call customer support on 3 different occasions over the last 5 days. Each time I was encouraged to place my number into their system and I would not lose my place in line. On all 3 separate occasions, not one return phone call. Never got to speak with customer service. If I did not use this company in the past I would definitely think their customer service is a joke. I never got to get my questions answered.
