They sent me torn materials. When I called for a replacement and provided pictures, they said no problem. Then they sent an email asking for pictures and to do that again. Weeks and repeat attempts to resolve this! They said they shipped the replacement NEVER GOT IT! Ripped me off! When I asked for proof of shipment and delivery, they did NOT respond. Lots of magnet places out there, I would go elsewhere. No refund, no replacement for damaged goods, no thank you!
