This is the 2nd time my 6x12 magnets arrived blurry, grainy, & out-of-focus. I sent a Hi-res photo and received an UNUSABLE magnet. No preview review of actual image quality. No follow-up. You get what you pay for! Live & learn. Shame on me for trying them a 2nd time.
