My custom designed order was delivered to someone else! Instead of my order, I received one "Viva La Vapor" magnet? I notified Viva La Vapor and told them I had their magnet.
Customer service was of NO help whatsoever. NO chance of tracking my package, NO chance of checking your records to retrieve MY custom magnets ... just, "There's NOTHING we can do about it." Seriously? Your company refused to send me a return label for Viva La Vapor's magnet, so it's mine to keep?!
