So I ordered 1 12 × 18 accidentally I changed it to two 9 x12 magnets almost immediately through a couple emails . I made it very clear what my change was even entered my confirmation # . I am the one who made the mistake but clarified mistake and was a week later they decided to tell me "what I wanted done"? My emails were
