Design and ordering were great. The customer service has been awful. As soon as I checked out and paid, the date of the delivery pushed back and showed delivery AFTER the birthday I wanted the sign for. No response from written customer service inquiry, finally reached CSR by phone and was told sign payment would be refunded. Wasn't.
