The great review comes down to two factors: I bought one of their most expensive kitchens and a fantastic fitter. The customer service I have received from the archway branch has been exceptional. The kitchen planner Aba Marful was fantastic. After all the bad reviews you might be reading on here you might be thinking I’ve been paid or I’m fake. I can assure you I’m not. However, I will say I had the kitchen fitted by a skilled craftsman and there is where I think lies the problem. It’s all in the fitting. You need a great fitter to get a fantastic kitchen. My guy is called Tony Stevens who’s based in London. My Somerton kitchen looks amazing.
