Fraud. I purchased a service manual for Honda Odyssey, but never received my product. Their support services have not replied to any of my emails and it is impossible to get a refund for a product I never received. Do not trust this company as they will happily take your money and not provide any of the promised merchandise nor respond to any of your refund requests.
