“Fraud. I purchased a service manual for Honda Odyssey, but never received my product. Their support services have not replied to any of my emails and it is impossible to get a refund for a product I never received. Do not trust this company as they will happily take your money and not provide any of the promised merchandise nor respond to any of your refund requests.”

“Manual Magpie is a bad choice. I paid for a usable product and this is not. It will take you hours to sift through the files as their sorting interface is not functional. Further more, all of the schematics have a water mark stating, " if you paid for the material in this manual - you were screwed!"”
“REFUSED SERVICE / NOT FAMILY FRIENDLY
I came in once to get lunch to go- no issues. When my husband dropped by to get us dinner at 6pm on a Thursday (we have a toddler and newborn) they refused him takeout service. There was ONE person in the restaurant at that time. For anyone with kids, I DO NOT recommend this restaurant. It’s essentially a small bar. So disappointing for our neighborhood who’s been excited for a new restaurant - especially families with small children.”
“The products that the company sells are lovely, but the delivery time is terrible. My first order came reasonably quickly, but I had to chase my second order which did eventually arrive. I thought, well, give them another go......I have been waiting since 31st January for my last order, it is now 20th February! "Igor", who contacted me after the second time of enquiring after this order,(there was no reply from the first enquiry), assured me that he would "Go down to the warehouse" and sort things out and I would get my order the next day......I am still waiting! So, sorry...but whilst the products that you sell are great...I shall think twice about ordering again!”
