As a loyal customer to stores around in and around London I am absolutely appalled and the awful customer service I recieved online. I ordered one dress, and received an ugly cheaper dress. Emailed them multiple times and no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will NOT order again! VERY DISAPPOINTED.
