“As a loyal customer to stores around in and around London I am absolutely appalled and the awful customer service I recieved online. I ordered one dress, and received an ugly cheaper dress. Emailed them multiple times and no response. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Will NOT order again! VERY DISAPPOINTED.”

“Staff talk behind customers back and when you mention it to them that it’s wrong they will start arguing with you and ask you to leave very rudely, customer service is poor. Always criticising customers after they leave. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND FOR NO ONE TO SHOP THERE!!”
