I was able to purchase a wallpaper that was back ordered at all the brick and mortar shops. The manufacturer shipped the wrong color, but one call to customer service got the problem solved in a single call with no additional cost to me. I ordered some samples before finding a perfect complimentary wallpaper and they graciously refunded my money for the samples. I was not able to use the order tracking on line to check on the status of my orders but was always able to speak with a real person in customer service, and received great service.
