I paid for a sample on 3/25 with the understanding that it would be shipped shortly. On 4/6 I reached out because I hadn't received or heard anything. They told me that it was "out of stock" at the warehouse and they didn't know when it would be back. In the meantime, I had deferred ordering fixtures and other items until I could match them to the paper. This was highly inconvenient and a waste of two weeks. Poor customer service.
