Hello, I ordered two samples (and paid for two) but only received one sample in the mail. No explanation so I emailed (no response) and then called. When I spoke to the person on the phone she blamed Schumacher saying sometimes they do not have samples in stock. That was a week ago. Since then there has been no refund or follow up. When I order paper it will not be through Mahomes. If this is how a little request is handled how would a large one be any better?
