Overall, I had a satisfactory experience with this shop. My package shipped fairly quickly (I had it sent to a seamstress to make curtains). The only problem is that I wasn't updated when it shipped (somewhat anxiety producing for a $3000 order being shipped directly to someone else.). I sent an email to customer service but didn't get a response. I finally received a significantly delayed notice of shipping (after it had arrived).
