Online shopping: the choice of swatches is plentiful, but the web site is hard to use. The page keeps loading from the bottom and it's difficult to go back and forth between pages because you don't know where you are. It's hard to return to items for a second look.
I ordered and paid for a swatch more than a week ago, and still have not received it.
