J’ai retourné un achat pour mauvaise taille en Juillet. Nous sommes en Décembre et je n’ai toujours pas reçu mon remboursement après avoir contacté maintes fois le service client. C’est dommage le concept était très intéressant et le produit de qualité mais avec un tel service client on a trop peur de commander de nouveau.
