I ordered a hamper as a gift for a Jersey resident. I was given a tracking number which simply wasn't recognised by the couriers so I couldn't track the delivery. Over the following days I ended up emailing Maison de Jersey three times to enquire about this and received absolutely no response at all. Ultimately I contacted the intended recipient who did confirm receipt a week later, so at least I know it was delivered, but Maison de Jersey's lack of concern/action/response is extremely poor indeed.
