“I ordered a hamper as a gift for a Jersey resident. I was given a tracking number which simply wasn't recognised by the couriers so I couldn't track the delivery. Over the following days I ended up emailing Maison de Jersey three times to enquire about this and received absolutely no response at all. Ultimately I contacted the intended recipient who did confirm receipt a week later, so at least I know it was delivered, but Maison de Jersey's lack of concern/action/response is extremely poor indeed.”

“The hamper arrived on time as expected and from what I hear (it was a gift to distant family), it was very much enjoyed! By coincidence, the same family also sent us a basket for Christmas too! It was really nicely put together and the items are of good quality.
I did put in a contact request prior to the baskets arrival asking for an expected delivery date and got no response. This doesn’t lose a star though as even with no response, the package was delivered in time for Christmas as promised!”
