“I ordered several jars of Black Jersey Butter from you recently. Once I'd paid, you told me you'd email when you'd despatched my order. After several days I emailed you as I'd heard nothing about delivery. The next day, I found a delivery ticket through my door, telling me I'd missed a delivery, which meant I had to travel to the pickup point. It turned out to be my order from you (the one you hadn't told me about). Given the inconvenience you caused me, I'm very reluctant to order from you again.”
