So unprofessional !!! I made an order online the 6th of Jan. The first parcel arrived late with a damaged article. I received a refund. The second parcel arrived late as well, end for Feb. I received only one part of my delivery and all the dinner plates were completely broken !!!! The customer service told me that they can send me back the plates but I had to wait 2 months for that !!! Unbelievable ! And on top of that, they told me that 2 of the items I have ordered in Jan are now out of order. I had to wait mid April to have my refund on those articles !!!! So unprofessional !! To compensate all the inconvenience, they offer me a £ 25 Voucher (email attached) but I have to wait the ordered to be completed to have it...End of April, I received all the plates (dinner, dessert and soup) but the soup plates were broken again !!!! The customer service proposed to send the soup plates again and I was supposed to receive them between the 7th and the 13th of May. The 14th of May, nothing received. I called MdM and they told me that my delivery is late but they can't tell me when it will be delivered.... so they told me that I will have a new voucher to compensate the delay... again once the delivery is completed !!! I finally received the soup plates on the 28th of May and again they were completely broken !!!! 3 delivery and 3 times the plates were broken, I've never seen that. I called again the customer service and asked for a refund this time as I was fed up to call them every two weeks.... and I asked as well for the 2 vouchers I was supposed to have now the order is completed !!! The girl on the phone told me that she can't do 2 financial actions as the same time !!!!! Unreal !!! She told me that she can only do the refund. I explained her that I have an email proving that I am supposed to have a voucher but she told me that she can't see the email and even when I told her that I can send the email to her, she didn't reply and almost laughed at me !!!!!! I asked to speak to her manager and she told me of course that her manager was busy and that he will call me back by the end of the day and of course he hasn't called me back !!!!! After 5 months and all the inconvenience I had, I have never seen a such poor quality of service, they are not serious and so unprofessional !!!!!!!
