A very expensive hanging egg…
I ordered a very expensive hanging egg chair which took 8 weeks to arrive. We were then having garden work done so I opened the package 35 days later only to find the base had rusted - orange rust on a white base. I called the customer service team to rectify only to be told the cut off was 30 days to deal with any customer issues - no flexibility. I’m now stuck with a rusted egg chair. This is frankly terrible customer service.
