I can't stress enough what an awful experience I've had. This company has actually driven me to tears of frustration. I've all but given up any hope that I will ever get my money back for the faulty goods they sent me. "Customer services" will say anything to get you off the phone but do absolutely nothing. I think this company should not be able to trade in the UK - I'm trying to report them to an ombudsman and suggest that the BBC You & Yours programme investigate their shady practices.
Please don't make the same mistake as me - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
