No refunds!
I bought for €1.529 garden furnitures and cushions. Unfortunately the quality of 1 furniture and all cushions did not live up to expectations. I therefore chose to return part of the order. The pickup of the return went fine. Maison du Monde informed me that I would receive a creditnote valid for 1 year. However I insisted on a refund, as I had no intention to make more purchases. Maison du Monde refused to make refund (which is a violation of consumer rights in EU). I receive no reply to my messages and the problem continues to be unsolved.
