Our experience is awful! We ordered over $2K worth of furniture in March. It was supposed to be delivered May 14. They never showed and there is no update in our account. The "customer service" phone numbers don't work. The stores tell you to use the chat function or call customer service. The chat function tells you to call customer service. We finally got a hold of the delivery company but they won't give us a date for delivery. I wouldn't even give this company one star. My friend also ordered from them and received damaged goods. They won't respond to her now. DO NOT BUY FROM MAISONS DU MONDE. YOU WILL LOSE. I wish I'd read the reviews before purchasing from them.
