With Maisons du Monde I had one of the worst customer experiences when shopping online.
I ordered a cabinet online that was delivered twice damaged. Worst of all, however, was the coordination between MDM and its delivery company (TNT). The 2 returns of the damaged products were full of misunderstandings and communication issues, which resulted in me having to stay at home for a total of 5 different days so they could pick up the damaged cabinets.
Meanwhile, the huge product was lying (still packed) in my living room the whole time. I actively tried to clarify the situation between MDM and TNT, but none of them showed any interest in it and they just pushed the responsibility to each other.
I'm still waiting for the refund and an apology (which I am certain will not come).
Never again MDM.
