Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The tripod lamp and shade I ordered I arrived damaged. It has been a battle to get customer services to answer emails and the most I have been offered is to keep the broken lamp and be issued with a £50 voucher. Brilliant!! This has taken over three weeks. I will never use this company again.
