Phoned Milton Keynes to place order - 'Sorry, very busy, please leave number, we'll ring back.' Oh no they didn't - seven calls (or was it eight?) well spread out. Two emails, not even acknowledged.
No way of getting there myself (age, infirmity, 100 miles drive), so 'Sorry, family, you'll have to get your own drinks this year.'
