My first experience was a bad one. I had to send a reminder before my products were shipped to me it took two weeks for me to get them this is customer service failure. My second bad experience is the delivery company agent l don’t think came to my building. I say so because l was home through out took excuse from my job and waited all day for my package. At about 3:30pm or there about l checked the route app only for it to say the delivery man came and left because he didn’t get through to me. I live in an apartment building, on the package my phone number is there he should have called in other for me to open the entrance door for him but he didn’t that is why l am so sure he never came to my building in the first place. He did what was in his mind to drop it off at a store for me to go pick it up. Mind you l paid $21 US dollars for delivery but l didn’t get that delivery service. I felt so bad because the store l went to get it the people there were very rude and not customer friendly. Please in the future if l had to buy products from your company, use DHL company the agents are friendly, timely and they call their clients before coming and when they get there. Review your relationship with UPS please.
