Been shopping with Makari for a long time and bought a product that I have been buying for years now. This time the product was different, it smelled very bad and broke my face out. I thought either the content had changed or the product had gone bad. Since I have always bought the product and knew what it was like, I reached out to have it returned and my issue wasn’t addressed at all. Your website says you offer people alternatives when they are not satisfied with a product and that you try to resolve the issue. I wasn’t given any alternatives or information about whether the product changed. I was just told to ship out the product to an address and that Makari won’t pay for shipping (for a product that I already paid to ship to me and turned out bad). I was dished with short half-assed answers to my questions. Very disappointing to say the least and makes me never want to shop with Makari again.
